LTD Design was founded by Lucian Tu in 2003. Lucian is a Pro-Audio Industry professional with over 25 years of expertise in hardware product development, manufacturing, and digital audio production. His contributions have resulted in iconic designs with a career encompassing many best-selling products from brands such as: Line 6, Hoshino USA/Ibanez, and co-founding Damage Control Engineering. LTD Design provides Pro-Audio product development consulting for: Universal Audio, iZotope, ATK Audiotek, Avid/Digidesign, Zoom, IK Multimedia, Fishman, Solid State Logic, Ultimate Support Systems, Ibanez, Hotone Audio, and others.

LTD Forensics specializes in audio/video evidence analysis, authentication, enhancement, expert witness testimony, and exhibit presentation. LTD Forensics provides comprehensive audio/video legal evidentiary expertise (from discovery to trial) spanning Criminal law to Civil law cases. Because of proven and conclusive results across 200+ legal cases, LTD Forensics is an essential foundational evidentiary processing service for law firms nationwide. Lucian is an Associate Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers® (NACDL) and a Qualified Expert for the California DUI Lawyers Association (CDLA).

Lucian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Product Design from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, Ca. Lucian’s formal legal education includes: understudy to prominent criminal defense attorneys and J.D. studies at Santa Barbara College of Law.

Lucian also holds a Federal utility patent award for his Intellectual Property in product inventions.
